Our CB2 TotalBody class is a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels, AND incorporates upper body toning.
Instructors guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. As with CB2 Cycle, you control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal.
This class includes two songs of upper body resistance training with light weight, PowerSak sand weights. PowerSak sand weight are the smart, safe alternative to hand weights in an Indoor Cycling Class.
REMEMBER TO ALWAYS BRING WATER TO CLASS. HEART RATE MONITORS ARE RECOMMENDED. FIRST TIME PARTICIPANTS, PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINUTES EARLY TO LEARN PROPER BIKE SET~UP.
