Our CB2 Cycle class is a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels.
Instructors guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc.
You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal.
REMEMBER TO ALWAYS BRING WATER TO CLASS. HEART RATE MONITORS ARE RECOMMENDED. FIRST TIME PARTICIPANTS, PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY TO LEARN PROPER BIKE SET~UP.
